I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Cozy House in Matera. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the old town and the sassi. The apartment itself was immaculately clean and newly renovated. It had all the amenities I needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. Lorenzo, the host, was incredibly kind and went out of his way to make sure I had a great stay. He gave me helpful tips on restaurants and grocery stores in the area. I highly recommend Cozy House for a fantastic stay in Matera.

The only slight inconvenience was that the apartment was more suitable for two people, as all the sleeping arrangements were in one room. Additionally, there was occasional noise from a neighbor's TV, but it didn't bother me too much.

The balcony with city views is just breathtaking! It made me feel like I was right in the heart of Matera, connecting with its charm and beauty. Having a fully equipped kitchen in the unit was a game-changer for someone like me who loves cooking. I could prepare my own meals and enjoy them while admiring the city views from the balcony. The air conditioning was a life-saver during the hot summer days. It kept the apartment cool and comfortable, allowing me to relax and unwind after exploring Matera. The soundproofing in the apartment was a pleasant surprise. I could enjoy a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbances, ensuring I was well-rested for my adventures the next day. The presence of a tumble dryer was so convenient. I didn't have to worry about my clothes drying slowly or finding a laundromat. It made my stay hassle-free.

Personally, I found the electric kettle in the apartment a bit unnecessary. But I understand that some guests might prefer to have it for their tea or coffee cravings.
